REAL KETOGENIC DIET BREAD RECIPE

 1. Preheat the oven to 350F (175C)

2. In a large bowl mix all together 

- 1 and 1/2 cups Blanched Almond Flour

- 1/4 cup of Psyllium Husk Powder

- 2 tsp of Baking Powder

- 1/4 tsp of Sea Salt

3. Separate 4 eggs

4. Beat the egg whites w the hand mixer until you get stiff peaks

5. Mix the egg yolks 

- add 1 Tsp melted butter (or coconut oil)

6. Add egg yolks mixture to the dry ingredients and stir

7. Gently fold in the whipped egg whites (x3)

8. Put the dough into the lined loaf pan and bake for 35 min

9. Let the bread cool completely for 30 min
